# Get ready for your call

Read how to get ready for your upcoming Nurse or Doctor consult with Healing Leaves Clinic®.
1. **Have your phone ready** - Ensure your phone is *not muted*, and there are *no call blockers* turned on.
2. **Add our number** to your contacts - **(07) 3813 4932**.**‍**
3. **Nurse Calls** - These will be from our main line.**‍**
4. **Doctor Calls** - These will be from our main line and occasionally no caller IDs.
Depending on the schedule we may call up to 30min early, or up to 30min late. So please be aware of this and be ready to accept a Telehealth call.

## **iOS - How to Turn off Call Blockers**
### iOS 18 or Previous
1. Go to Settings
2. Search for "Phone"
3. Scroll to the bottom, and select "Silence Unknown Callers"
4. Toggle it off, so we can call you successfully.
### iOS 26
1. Go to Settings
2. Search for "Phone"
3. Scroll to the bottom, and look for the section "Screen Unknown Callers"
4. Select "Never" so we can call you successfully.

## Android **- How to Turn off Call Blockers**
### **General method**
1. Open the **Phone app**.
2. Tap the **three-dot menu** (More) in the top-right corner.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Look for **Blocked numbers** or **Spam and Call Screen**.
5. Tap on the setting that blocks calls from unknown or private numbers and toggle it off, or select a specific number and tap **Unblock**.
### **Specific instructions for Samsung devices**
1. Open the **Phone app**.
2. Tap **More options** (the three vertical dots).
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Tap **Block numbers**.
5. Remove a number by tapping the red minus icon next to it.
### **For devices with a "Call Screen" feature**
1. Open the **Phone app**.
2. Tap **More** > **Settings**.
3. Tap **Spam and Call Screen** or a similar option.
4. You can then adjust settings like "Caller ID & spam" or "Filter spam calls".

### **After making changes**
* Restart your phone to ensure the changes are applied correctly.
* Check your carrier's app or services, as they may have their own call-blocking features.
* If you are using a third-party app for call blocking, you will need to go into that app's settings to disable it.
